There currently isn't a Fandom for Psycho II on AO3, but I have changed the nomination.

That's okay, it just means that nobody has written for/under that fandom tag before and therefore hasn't be "canonized" which shouldn't affect anything as far as the tag set goes. It just means that you'll find it in the Uncategorized Fandoms section rather than the movie section in the tag set.
